A need to spell out solutions clearly

I am not an expert on the history of African-Americans and their situations in the last century or half a century. Nor am I have much knowledge of the situations faced by Aboriginal Australia in the time.

However, it seems that the progresses in America in terms of Black Americans have been enormous over the past half century. The fact that now the American president is a African American is a evident and undeniable proof of the progresses!

So we should not lost sight of the progress in racial issues in the US, although the racial issues in Australia seems different. Even though the racial issues may have some similarity between Australia and the US, it appears there are big differences between them as well. In Australia, it is an Indigenous issue. This has a defining feature.

Readers would be more benefited from concrete solutions to the Australia's Indigenous problems. On this point, I did not get much insight from the article, but got lost in its elegance. I, and probably most readers, need more straight forward arguments.

Maybe people with in-depth knowledge would understand what the author is arguing and asking for. But I failed to do so. If one cannot spell out clearly what he really needs, how can others understand and respond to it?
